By accessing or using ESGMaster, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including individuals, companies and organisations.

ESGMaster is an AI-powered ESG compliance platform that helps companies automate CSRD, GRI, TCFD and other sustainability reporting frameworks. The platform includes tools for carbon accounting, gap analysis, compliance task management and AI-generated report drafting.

ESGMaster offers a free period of 6 months from account creation. After the free period, continued use requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected. All fees are in EUR and exclude applicable taxes. You may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You may use ESGMaster only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the platform to violate any applicable laws or regulations, to infringe intellectual property rights, to transmit harmful or malicious content, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to use the platform in any way that could damage or impair its operation.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to ESGMaster. You grant ESGMaster a limited licence to process your data for the purpose of providing the service. We will not share your data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that data you upload complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.

ESGMaster uses Claude AI to generate compliance analysis and report drafts. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed and verified by qualified professionals before submission to regulators. ESGMaster does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or regulatory compliance of AI-generated content. You are responsible for the final content of any reports submitted under your name.

ESGMaster and its original content, features and functionality are owned by ESGMaster and are protected by international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works based on our platform without our express written permission.

ESGMaster is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses. We do not warrant that the platform will meet your specific compliance requirements or that reports generated will be accepted by regulators.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ESGMaster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or to ESGMaster. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@esgmaster.io. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the country in which ESGMaster is registered. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice of material changes by email or by prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of ESGMaster after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
